Sheriff’s office selling Boston butts to benefit ‘Shop with a Deputy’ program
FULTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) – A barbecue sale will be held to raise funds for the “Shop with a Deputy” program, which aims to build positive relationships between law enforcement and the community.
Boston butts, cooked by Chuck Murphy, will be sold for $40 each. They can be picked up on July 3 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. behind the Sheriff’s Office.
The “Shop with a Deputy” program pairs law enforcement officers with children or families in need for a shopping trip, fostering trust and positive interactions.
