Shots fired after argument in Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Police are investigating a report of shots fired late Sunday night in the 600 block of South Spring Street.

Officers responded around 9:15 p.m. after witnesses reported hearing gunshots following a verbal argument.

Police said evidence of gunfire was found at the scene. No injuries or property damage were reported.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
