Sikeston man seriously injured in rollover crash near Bloomfield

STODDARD COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — A Sikeston man was seriously injured Thursday morning in a single-vehicle crash east of Bloomfield, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 10:40 a.m. Feb. 26 on County Road 524, about one mile east of Bloomfield.

Troopers said a 57-year-old man from Sikeston was driving a 2026 International eastbound when the vehicle traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.

The driver, who was wearing a safety device, sustained serious injuries and was transported by Air Evac to St. Louis University Hospital.

The vehicle was totaled and towed from the scene.

The crash was investigated by Trooper A.J. Leroux of Troop E.
