Sikeston named finalist in Missouri Humanities Small Town Showcase

SIKESTON, Mo., (KBSI) — The City of Sikeston has been selected as a finalist in the Missouri Humanities Small Town Showcase.
The statewide program highlights the heritage, culture and stories of Missouri’s small towns.
The five towns receiving the most votes will be featured in a Missouri Humanities podcast and short film showcasing each community’s history, resilience, revitalization and continued growth.
Community members are encouraged to vote for Sikeston to help the city share its story on a statewide platform.
