Some roads blocked by down trees or flooded in western KY

(KBSI) – Some roads are flooded or blocked by downed trees in western Kentucky on Sunday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports the following road with water over them on Sunday, June 2.

Carlisle County

  • KY 1820 is blocked by floodwaters at the 1-2mm – Signs posted
  • KY 1829 is blocked by floodwaters at the 5 to 6mm – Signs posted

Fulton County

  • KY 1282 is blocked by a tangle of downed trees near the 6mm in the Wilson Hill area west of Brownsville – Heavy equipment has started removal of large trees
  • KY 94 is open at the 23-26mm in Willingham Bottom between KY 1907 and KY 1125
  • KY 94 is open at the 7 to 11mm in the Lower Bottom “Dip” Area between KY 311 and KY 1099
