Southeast Missouri State University announces Student Life and Leadership Award recipients

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — Southeast Missouri State University has announced the recipients of its 2024-2025 Student Life and Leadership Awards.

The awards recognize students, faculty and staff who demonstrate leadership, integrity and community engagement.

Recipients include:

Presley Quarles, Abbey Rudisaile, Francis Kulavic, Jeanna Brantley and Sophie Martin, who received the President’s Spirit of Southeast Awards.

Tinotenda Matonzi and Reese Mullins, who received the First-Year Student Awards.

Dilasha Pandey and Dr. Arika Wiggins, who received the Civic and Global Engagement Awards.

Jalik Smith and Jimmy Osborn, who received the Student Life Achievement Awards.

Jim Daughters and Verona Lambert, who received the University Contributor Awards.

The International Student Association received the Outstanding Student Organization Award.

Katie Krodinger and Andrew Chronister received the Outstanding Student Organization Advisor Awards.

Recipients of the Provost Awards include Allison Haertling, Gwen Squires, Sam Brucker, Jordan Pavelka, Emilie Torres and Molly McNabb.

Experiential Learning Awards were given to Justin Aden, Jack Mabuce and several groups, including the SEMO Marketing Department American Advertising Awards Winners and the SEMO Marching Band Organizing Staff.
