Southeast Missouri State University to host Annual Giving Day on March 20

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. — Southeast Missouri State University will hold its annual Giving Day on March 20, 2025, with a goal of raising $360,000 for student success and campus initiatives.
The one-day giving campaign encourages alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends to support areas across campus, including specific programs, scholarships and initiatives.
“SEMO Giving Day is a powerful reminder of the generosity and dedication of the University community,” said Wendell Snodgrass, vice president of university advancement and executive director of the Southeast Missouri University Foundation.
The University Foundation and Alumni Association will host three events: a breakfast in Kem Statuary Hall, lunch bites in Sikeston, and SEMO Night in St. Louis.
Donors can participate in challenges and matching gift opportunities and track fundraising progress online.
SEMO Giving Day is part of the Southeast Missouri University Foundation’s Transforming Lives campaign, which has reached 86% of its $60 million goal.
