DEXTER, Mo., (KBSI) — Sparklight, Dexter’s hometown internet provider, will take part in Dexter High School’s homecoming football game on Friday, Oct. 3, with activities planned before and during the event.

The celebration will begin with a pre-game tailgate at 4:30 p.m. outside the stadium featuring vendor booths, music, refreshments and giveaways. Visitors to the Sparklight booth can pick up promotional items, enter raffle drawings and learn about the company’s internet services, including its new Lift Internet plan for qualifying residents.

Raffle prizes include a custom Bearcat blanket, to be awarded before kickoff, and a chance to attempt a 33-yard field goal during halftime. If the winning participant makes the kick, they will win a Sparklight-branded iPad; if not, they will still receive a $50 gift card.

“Sparklight is proud to support the Dexter community and its vibrant school spirit,” said Travis Harr, the company’s senior regional director. “This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with our neighbors and cheer on one of our favorite teams.”

Sparklight has long supported Dexter High School athletics and other community initiatives through charitable giving, volunteerism and partnerships with local organizations.
