Suspect in custody after Southeast Missouri shooting leaves two injured

WAYNE COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) – A suspect has been taken into custody following a shooting incident in Southeast Missouri on Tuesday evening, according to Wayne County Sheriff Dean Finch.

At approximately 5:45 p.m. on October 1, law enforcement responded to the scene of the shooting, where two individuals were found injured.

Sheriff Finch confirmed the arrest of the suspect, bringing a swift resolution to the investigation.
