Suspect involved in a double shooting incident in Wayne County has been arrested

WAYNE COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A suspect involved in a double shooting incident in Wayne County is now in custody.

According to Wayne County Sheriff Dean Finch a shooting happened yesterday October 2 at a residence off of County Road 524 off of Z highway.

The male victim was rushed to a hospital.

After the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office conducted a search for a suspect driving a white truck they located him yesterday evening.

They located Eric “Quinn” Moore and he was arrested and faces charges of Assault and kidnapping with more charges to follow.

The female victim has passed away and the male victim remains in critical condition.
