Three arrested for cooking crack cocaine in Colp

COLP, IL  KBSI — On April 5th deputies with the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on a home at the 300 block of South Johnson Street in Colp, IL.

During the search, deputies found crack cocaine, powder cocaine, ammunition, and drug paraphernalia.

Teran E. Jones, Dana L. Burnett, and Christa E. Marsh-Williams were taken into custody.

Jones, a convicted felon out of Williamson County, was cited for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of ammunition by a felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Burnett was cited for possession, use of an intoxicating compound, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Marsh-Williams was cited for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The home is known to law enforcement for illegal drug activity including the cooking of crack cocaine.
