Three arrested in McCracken County methamphetamine bust
McCracken County, Ky., (KBSI)- A week-long drug investigation led to the arrest of three individuals on charges related to methamphetamine trafficking.
Detectives began investigating 47-year-old Zeth Kovein after receiving tips that he was selling crystal methamphetamine.
On September 25, a cooperating source contacted Kovein, who agreed to sell an ounce of methamphetamine.
The investigation led detectives to 3409 Hovekamp Road, where 60-year-old Billy Cutrer sold an ounce of methamphetamine to the cooperating source.
Surveillance revealed that 44-year-old Kendal Terry would collect the payment.
Terry was stopped by detectives and arrested after being found with the payment money.
Cutrer was arrested at his residence, where a search warrant yielded additional methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
On September 26, detectives arrested Kovein at his Mayfield, KY residence on an outstanding McCracken County warrant.
He was found with more methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
All three suspects were lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.

– Kendal Terry, 44, of Smithland, KY: Trafficking in Methamphetamine (2nd or subsequent offense)
– Billy Cutrer, 60, of Hovekamp Road (McCracken County): Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
– Zeth Kovein, 47, of Mayfield, KY: Conspiracy to Trafficking in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
