Three injured in two-vehicle crash on King Road in Graves County

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Deputies responded to a two-vehicle injury crash Tuesday morning on King Road, authorities said.

At about 8:51 a.m. on Feb. 3, deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of King Road for a collision involving two vehicles.

Investigators said Maria Zavala, 44, of Wingo, was driving westbound on King Road in a blue Toyota Camry with a passenger, Tina Zavala. A second vehicle, a black Dodge Ram driven by Troy Huston, 56, of Mayfield, was traveling eastbound.

The vehicles collided near the crest of a hill, deputies said.

Maria Zavala, her passenger and Huston were all injured in the crash. Mayfield-Graves County EMS transported the injured to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment.

Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Graves County Rescue Squad, Burl’s Towing and Affordable Towing.
