Three men face drug charges after Marshall County investigation

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — Three men face drug charges after deputies investigating a firearms-related case went to a home on Stallons Road on Oct. 3, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies arrived about 11:34 p.m. and made contact with Floyd C. Thompson, Timothy R. Adami and Michael R. Delapp.

Investigators said Thompson had suspected marijuana, Adami had suspected marijuana and methamphetamine, and Delapp had suspected methamphetamine.

Thompson, 71, of Hardin, faces charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Delapp, 37, of Hardin, faces charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third offense, involving methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Adami, 33, of Benton, faces charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, involving methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and marijuana possession.

The sheriff’s office said Delapp was free on bond at the time of his arrest in a pending Marshall County Circuit Court case involving narcotics charges.
