Tornado damage along Highway 34 in Bollinger County
Glenallen, MO – Search and rescue teams are out along Highway 34 in Bollinger County, MO on Wednesday. A tornado touched down in the area overnight.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Sgt. Clark Parrott said multiple people died and several are hurt.
Video taken as a FOX23 drove along Highway 34 shows extensive destruction to multiple homes and buildings.
The Glenallen Fire Department was among the buildings destroyed by the storm. The structure collapsed on top of four fire trucks.
The American Red Cross is setting up a shelter at Marble Hill Baptist Church to assist the victims of the storm.
