Tour de Cape returns Oct. 3 to support therapeutic horsemanship

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) — The 27th annual Tour de Cape charity bicycle ride is set for Saturday, Oct. 3, with proceeds benefiting Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship.
The ride begins and ends at the John Boardman Pavilion in downtown Cape Girardeau. Cyclists can choose a 15-, 30- or 60-mile route. Registration costs $35.
Online registration closes at 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1. In-person registration and packet pickup are scheduled for 4:30 to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 2, at Cape Bicycle and Fitness.
Registration on the day of the event begins at 7 a.m. at the pavilion. All cyclists start at 8:30 a.m.
Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship serves children and adults with disabilities.
