Traffic on SB lanes of I-55 diverted after deadly crash at 102 mile marker

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – Emergency crews are on the scene of a deadly crash on Interstate 55 at the 102 mile marker.

Traffic is being diverted on the southbound lanes at the 105 mile marker.
