Traffic stop leads to drug arrest in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A man faces drug charges after a corporal with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop Saturday.

David Houser, 51, faces charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator license, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) 3rd or > offense.

A corporal with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Benton Road and Grogan Circle on Saturday, Jan. 8 at 11 a.m.

Houser was found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.

Houser was taken to the McCracken County Jail.
