Traffic stop leads to drug arrest of Kevil man in McCracken County

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A Kevil man faces drug charges after a traffic stop Friday, October 13.
William K. Moore, 55, faces charges of disregarding stop sign, possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia buy/possess.
Deputies with the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a 1999 Ford pickup truck on US Hwy. 60 on Friday around 9:42 p.m.
Moore was the driver, according to the deputies with the sheriff’s office.
He was in possession of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, and other items related to drug paraphernalia, according to deputies with the sheriff’s office.
William K. Moore was arrested and taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
