Trial date setting to be Oct. 3 for Cape Girardeau County coroner

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KBSI) – A date has been set to set a trial date for Cape Girardea County’s coroner.

The date to set to set a date for the trial is October 3. On that date, there will be a civil trial date setting.

It will be at the Cape Girardeau County Courthouse at 1:30 p.m. in Room 201.

Cape Girardeau County Coroner Wavis Jordan waived his right to a probable cause hearing on May 14.
