Truck crashes into tree, driver flown from Livingston County scene

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) — A Grand Rivers woman was seriously injured Wednesday night in a single-vehicle crash on Dover Road, according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said first responders were dispatched around 10 p.m. to the 870 block of Dover Road for a reported crash.

Preliminary investigation indicates a 2014 Ford F-150 traveling northbound left the west side of the roadway and struck a tree.

The driver and sole occupant, identified as 45-year-old Sabrina Debo of Grand Rivers, suffered serious injuries in the crash. Authorities said emergency crews had to extricate Debo from the vehicle before she was airlifted to an out-of-state hospital for treatment.

The crash remains under investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.

Multiple agencies assisted at the scene, including the Grand Lakes Fire Department, Smithland Fire Department, Livingston County EMS and Air Evac.
