Truck hauling beer wrecks in Jackson, Mo.
JACKSON, Mo. (KBSI) – A truck hauling beer overturned after an accident in Jackson.
Jackson Fire and Rescue says around 6 am on Friday January 3, Jackson Firefighters were dispatched to the 4700 block of Old Cape Road East for a semi that wrecked and was laying on its side off the roadway with a spilt load and a active diesel fuel leak.
Jackson crews arrived on scene and began assessing the situation.
Crews quickly contained the 40 gallons of diesel fuel that leaked out preventing it from spreading to the nearby creek.
Crews remained on scene while Carnell’s Wrecker Service handled removing the semi.
No injuries were reported.
