Twisted Cat Catfish Tournament coming to Perryville

PERRYVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) — Anglers will take to the water this weekend as the Twisted Cat Catfish Tournament comes to Perryville.

The tournament is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 29, with anglers competing to bring in some of the day’s biggest catches.

The public is invited to attend the official weigh-in, which is expected to begin around 3:30 p.m.

Visitors can also make a day of the event by exploring Perry County, visiting local restaurants and attending the Downtown Outdoor Expo before heading to the tournament weigh-in.

The event is open to spectators, including fishing enthusiasts and those interested in seeing the anglers’ catches.
