Two arrested in Reynolds County theft investigation

CENTERVILLE, Mo., (KBSI) – Two people have been arrested following a theft investigation conducted by the Reynolds County Sheriff’s Office.
According to the department, on October 23, Deputy Hampton investigated a reported theft, with assistance from Deputy Wilkinson. The investigation led to the arrests of Denise Miller and Joseph Stout in the early morning hours of October 24.
Following their arrests, warrants were issued and served. Both Miller and Stout were charged with second-degree burglary and stealing $750 or more, both felony offenses under Missouri law.
The Reynolds County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
