Two arrested in separate incidents in Marshall County

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) – Two men were arrested Wednesday in separate incidents in Marshall County, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

Jason Duff, 45, of Gilbertsville, was arrested July 1 on a bench warrant issued by Carlisle District Court. He is charged with contempt of court.

In a separate incident, deputies arrested Ronnie Ford, 47, of Paducah after receiving reports of a man walking in the median in the Draffenville area with his pants down and repeatedly entering traffic.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies found Ford walking in the roadway in front of passing vehicles. Investigators said he appeared to be under the influence of an unknown substance and allegedly admitted to using methamphetamine and fentanyl.

Ford was taken to a hospital for medical evaluation before being transported to the Marshall County Jail.

He is charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
