Two teens among three seriously injured in Butler County crash

BUTLER COUNTY, Mo., (KBSI) — Two teenagers were among three people seriously injured Tuesday, Oct. 6, when a car struck a parked pickup truck in a construction zone.

The crash happened at 4:25 p.m. on Highway AA, four miles south of Fisk, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

An 18-year-old Broseley man was driving north when his Chevrolet Camaro struck a parked GMC Sierra.

A 16-year-old passenger from Poplar Bluff was flown to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. The driver and a 20-year-old passenger from Fairdealing were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.

None of the three was wearing a seat belt, according to the patrol.
