Two-vehicle crash in Mayfield sends two to hospital

MAYFIELD, Ky., (KBSI) — A two-vehicle collision at an intersection sent two people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash occurred Tuesday at the intersection of South 6th Street and East South Street when a westbound Dodge Journey driven by Tabitha Cruz-Guerra, 35, of Mayfield, slid into the intersection and struck a northbound Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Mary Stephenson, 53, of Fulton.

Stephenson and her passenger, Mary Cox, 91, of Mayfield, were taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center by EMS.
