Vehicle fire blocks portion of Highway 25 in Delta

DELTA, Mo. (KBSI) — Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Highway 25 north of Delta at 11:06 a.m.

The highway was temporarily closed during fire suppression, with traffic control measures implemented to reopen one lane as soon as possible.

Motorists are reminded to exercise caution when approaching emergency scenes, reducing speed and following directions from traffic controllers.

No injuries were reported in the incident.
