For Scott City the FEMA Building and First Assembly of God Church-The FEMA building will be open at 6 am on Sunday morning, for a warming center, as well as the First Assembly of God church located at 312 Dearborn Street.
Perry County Senior Center located at open on Sunday January 5 until 8 pm as warming shelter.
