Warrant issued for Kentucky man accused of meth trafficking

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Haywood Wesley Jones Jr., 35, who is wanted on a McCracken County arrest warrant for trafficking in methamphetamine.

Jones, an African American male, is described as approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

In addition to the McCracken County warrant, Jones is also wanted in other Western Kentucky counties for similar offenses.

He is known to frequent Southern Illinois, Tennessee and Louisiana.

Anyone with information on Jones’ whereabouts can contact the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office at 270-444-4719, Crimestoppers at 270-443-Tell or text “WKY” and their tip to 738477. Tips leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.
