Williamson County sheriff asks for help identifying burglary suspect

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill. (KBSI) – Williamson County Sheriff Bennie Vick asks for the public’s help identifying a male in surveillance photos accused of using stolen credit cards.

The man is a suspect in two burglaries that happened on September 27 and 29 in rural northwestern Williamson County. The suspect was seen using stolen credit cards from the two burglaries at two different local convenience stores.

He is described wearing a mask on both occasions.

Anyone with information about the unidentified male is asked to contact the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office at 618-997-6541 or the Williamson County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-414-TIPS (8477).

All callers may remain anonymous. Information leading up to the arrest of these individuals may lead up to a $1,000 cash reward.
