Williamson County sheriff: ‘One of the most severe and prolonged cases of domestic violence’

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (KBSI) – A Carterville man faces domestic battery and unlawful restraint charges in “one of the most severe and prolonged cases of domestic violence,” that Williamson County Sheriff Jeff Diederich has seen.
Tristan R. Sine is charged with aggravated battery (class 2 felony) and unlawful restraint (class 4 felony). He was also arrested on the original outstanding arrest warrant for domestic battery/bodely harm resulting from a previous incident.
Sine was booked into the Williamson County Jail.
Additional charges are pending, according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.
