Williamson County Sheriff’s Office foils burglary, arrests two suspects

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Ill., (KBSI) — A quick response by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office thwarted a burglary at a liquor store on Jan. 15, 2025, and led to the arrest of two suspects.

Deputies responded to an alarm call at Dr. Liquors, located at 18375 Route 37, at 5:10 a.m. and discovered forced entry into the business.

An investigation by the sheriff’s office, in collaboration with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, identified Bryan F. Parks and Linda N. Fulford as suspects.

Arrest warrants were issued on Feb. 13, 2025, charging Parks with burglary, a Class 3 felony, and criminal damage to property, a Class A misdemeanor. Fulford was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, a Class 4 felony.

Parks and Fulford were taken into custody on Feb. 16, 2025, and transported to the Williamson County Jail.

The sheriff’s office credited Williamson County State’s Attorney Ted Hampson and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance in the investigation.
