Wingo man facing rape, sexual abuse charges of 13 year old

WINGO, Ky. (KBSI) – A Wingo man faces rape and sexual abuse charges involving an underage teen girl.

Brett M. Barham, 23, faces charges of rape 2nd degree and sexual abuse 1st degree.

During the early evening hours of Wednesday, April 19 Graves Sheriff’s deputies while on an unrelated investigation in the Wingo area, received information of an alleged rape and sexual abuse involving a 13 year old female.

Deputies began an investigation and found Barham.

After being interviewed by a sheriff’s detective Wednesday evening, he was arrested.

Barham taken to the Marshall County Jail.
