WKCTC Workforce Solutions, Leadership Center announce 2026 Leadership Mastery Series

PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — WKCTC Workforce Solutions and The Leadership Center have announced the 2026 Leadership Mastery Series, a four-part, in-person professional development program designed to help organizations strengthen culture, navigate change and support long-term growth.
The quarterly series focuses on leadership and organizational decision-making that influences how work is accomplished. Sessions will examine leadership strategy, workplace culture and communication, using real-world case studies from operating organizations to connect theory to practice.
Participants may attend individual sessions or complete the full series to build leadership capacity throughout the year. All sessions will be led by experienced practitioners who combine academic research with hands-on leadership and organizational experience.
Sessions are conducted in person to encourage discussion, interaction and practical application. Seating is limited to promote engagement and networking opportunities among participants. Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance, and programs may qualify for continuing education units depending on industry requirements.

- April 16: Leading Through Change
- July 16: Strengthening Teams and Communication
- Oct. 15: Strategic Growth and Innovation
All sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to noon and will be held in Paducah at either the Commerce Center or the WKCTC Emerging Technology Center.
