Woman, 20, dies after shooting in Paducah, Kentucky
PADUCAH, Ky., (KBSI) — A 20-year-old woman, Jamiyah Walker, of Paducah, Kentucky, has died after being shot on August 9, 2025. Walker, who was pregnant, had been hospitalized since the incident and was removed from life support on August 13, 2025.
The Paducah Police Department says the investigation is ongoing and has resulted in additional charges against three suspects: Capus J. Adams, Malik Copeland and a 16-year-old juvenile male.
They have been charged with Complicity to Commit First-Degree Murder and Complicity to Commit First-Degree Fetal Homicide.
The shooting occurred outside a nightclub in the 900 block of Boyd Street. Three women were shot, and two others were injured.
The police department is urging anyone with information or video related to the incident to contact detectives at 270-444-8550 or submit information anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
