Woman accused of impersonating undercover federal agent

NEW CONCORD, Ky. (KBSI) – A New Concord woman is accused of impersonating a undercover federal agent.
Tina Cozart, 43, faces a charge of impersonating a peace officer.
Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies made contact with Cozart in New Concord on October 22 around 1:30 p.m. in reference to an out of state warrant for her arrest.
During the interaction she stated multiple times that she was an undercover federal agent, according to the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office.
This is a Class D felony. It was determined that she was not an undercover agent.
Cozart was taken to the Calloway County Detention Center.
