Woman arrested after sheriff’s deputies say she caused ‘extensive damage’ to home

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KBSI) – A woman faces charges after Calloway County sheriff’s deputies say she caused “extensive damage” to someone else’s home.

Brittney Lee, 36, faces charges of criminal mischief 1st degree (Class D felony), disorderly conduct 2nd degree and terroristic threatening 3rd degree.

Around 6 p.m. on April 11, deputies were called to a home on State Route 94E for a person who would not leave.

Deputies say Lee had gotten into a verbal fight with the homeowner and caused extensive damage to the home.

While she was being arrested, deputies say she caused public alarm and made threatening statements toward the victim.

Lee was taken to the Calloway County Detention Facility.
