Woman found under porch faces burglary charge

CREAL SPRINGS, Ill. (KBSI) – A woman faces a burglary charge in Williamson County.
Adeana S. Montgomery faces a residential burglary charge.
Williamson County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 3000 block of Illinois Route 166 in Creal Springs at 6:18 p.m. on December 6 in reference to a report of a residential burglary in progress.
The homeowner, who was not at the home at the time, told sheriff’s deputies that he saw someone on his home security cameras making entry into his home.
When deputies arrived, they found a wheel barrel containing items belonging to the homeowner at the front of the home, according to the Williamson County Sheriff’s deputies.
Deputies discovered a side by side on the north side of the home.
On the south side of the home a female was found laying face down under the front porch of the house.
She was identified as Montgomery. He told sheriff’s deputies it was her second time at the home and that she planned to take the homeowner’s side by side to Creal Springs.
Montgomery was issued a citation for residential burglary. She was taken to the Williamson County Jail.
