Women’s Health Naturally Expo set for Feb. 22 in Carbondale

CARBONDALE, Ill., (KBSI) — The 11th annual Women’s Health Naturally Expo & Workshops will be held Feb. 22 at the Carbondale Civic Center.
This year’s theme, “Food is Medicine: Why it Matters,” will feature discussions on the importance of nutrition in promoting good health. A panel discussion facilitated by Anita Brown, a board-certified naturopath, will include renowned natural healthcare practitioners.
Registration includes access to the expo floor, talks, a catered organic lunch and hourly drawings. Pre-registration is $50 for adults and $40 for students and seniors. Day-of registration is $60 for adults and $50 for students and seniors.
