Cloudy Start to Saturday, Small Rain Chances

Temperatures will remain mild heading into Friday evening with temperatures in the lower 50s for a couple more hours.

StormCast shows a few brief chances for showers for the start of the weekend, rainfall totals look to be minimal for our area.

Overnight temperatures remain well above average, with most of us staying above 40 degrees.

A small chance of rain late tonight in Cape Girardeau as overnight temperatures fall to the lower 40s.

Winds pick up out of the north for Saturday and that will limit our highs in the upper 40s and lower 50s.

Mostly cloudy skies to start the day in Cape followed by gradually clearing skies in the afternoon. Temperatures will reach the upper 40s with strong wins out of the northwest.

Much cooler for Sunday before temperatures recover under mostly sunny skies. Back up into the 50s by Tuesday before temperatures take another dip late next week.
