Flags to fly at half-staff in MO on Oct. 28 in honor of fallen soldier

(KBSI) – All U.S. and Missouri flags are to fly at half-staff at all government buildings in Missouri, from sunrise to sunset on Saturday, October 28 as a mark of respect for Specialist Brian Joshua Snowden.

Our hearts go out to Brian’s family and friends.”
