Power restored near Paducah after substation went out

PADUCAH, Ky. (KBSI) – Power has been restored after a substation of Jackson Purchase Engery Cooperative went out Wednesday morning.

At one point about 1,700 customers lost power Wednesday morning after a substation went out.

The Freemont substation went out Wednesday, June 19, according to a post on the company’s Facebook page.
