Cattle truck rollover causes traffic delays in Wickliffe

WICKLIFFE, Ky., (KBSI) — UPDATE: Roadway is clear, and all traffic can resume.

A cattle truck rollover at Phoenix Paper has prompted road closures and delays, with traffic expected to be impacted for 3-4 hours.

Phoenix Paper employees will be allowed access to the mill but may experience delays and be required to park at the scale house when approaching from Wickliffe.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
