Boil Water Order issued for City of DuQuoin water customers

DU QUOIN, Ill., (KBSI) — A boil water order has been issued for all City of Du Quoin water customers, effective immediately.

The order was issued by Assistant Superintendent Kody Greenwood due to repairs on the Rend Lake Conservancy District supply line.

Until further notice, water used for cooking and drinking should be boiled for at least 5 minutes.
