Tornado causes extensive damage, traps several in Southern Illinois

MARION, Ill., (KBSI) — A tornado ripped through an area near Market Road south of Marion, causing extensive damage and trapping several people.

No injuries have been confirmed, but crews are still assessing the damage and working to free those trapped.
