Wednesday afternoon and evening, isolated thunderstorms look to develop in parts of SE Missouri. These isolated thunderstorms will try to intensify as they move NE into Illinois through the evening. Some rain showers and storms could have heavy downpours, which could drop half an inch or more of rain an hour. Flash flooding will be possible in parts of SE Missouri and Illinois through Wednesday night.
Thursday, isolated showers and thunderstorms possible in SE Missouri. Early Thursday afternoon, storms look to develop and intensify as they move east. The main concerns with these storms will be large hail and damaging winds.
Friday looks to be the better the chance for severe weather. A day 4 severe weather outlook is already in place for most of the KBSI viewing area Friday. Make sure to stay up to date with the latest forecasts through this week!
