Ulta, Carter’s, and PetSmart now open at West Park Mall amid ongoing renovations

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo., (KBSI) – Ulta, Carter’s, and PetSmart are now open for business at West Park Mall in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The mall’s exterior renovations are also nearing completion, with landscaping, sidewalks, and asphalt work finished, giving the site a refreshed look.

Recent progress on the mall’s transformation includes:

– Suite 285: Storefront installation complete
– Sierra Trading Post: Ceiling painting, electrical panel installation, and lighting finished, with flooring installation upcoming
– Maurices: Ready for general contractor takeover to install store fixtures and sales floor flooring
– Ross Dress for Less: Exterior framing complete

West Park Mall is undergoing a multiphase redevelopment, with Phase 1 completed this spring, introducing new stores and exterior renovations.
