Poplar Bluff appoints new police chief

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. — The City of Poplar Bluff has named JR Keirsey as its new chief of police, officials announced this week.

Keirsey, a 27-year veteran of the Poplar Bluff Police Department, he has served in multiple roles throughout his career.
