Two found dead in Malden; investigation underway

MALDEN, Mo., (KBSI) — Two people were found dead Sunday morning in Malden, and the investigation is ongoing.
According to the Malden Department of Public Safety, officers responded to a 911 call on Kimball Street reporting two possible gunshot victims.
When officers arrived, they found two people with no signs of life.
Authorities said the investigation remains active, and no additional information is being released at this time.
Officials also said there is no known threat to the public.
The Malden Department of Public Safety is investigating the incident with assistance from the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
